Washing Machine Repair in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County

Service call $89 to $119, waived with repair. Most repairs $175 to $400

A broken washer backs up the whole household within two days. Most washer calls are a drain pump, a door lock, a lid switch or a set of shocks, and those parts are on the truck for the common brands.

Problems we fix

  • Won't drain or won't spin, from a clogged pump filter to a failed drain pump, lid switch or door lock.
  • Won't fill or fills slowly, usually an inlet valve or clogged screens, especially on homes with hard or well water.
  • Leaking from the door boot, pump, hoses or tub seal.
  • Shaking, walking or banging on spin from failed shocks, suspension rods or an unbalanced load sensor.
  • Stuck on a cycle or error codes on the display, which point directly to the failed component on modern machines.
  • Won't start or no power, from the door lock to the main control board.
  • Smells from mold in the door boot and drum on front-loaders, cleaned and the cause corrected.

Front-load and top-load, all brands

Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Kenmore, Bosch, Speed Queen, Amana, and high-efficiency top-loaders with impellers. Stacked units and laundry centers are serviced in place.

Washer Repair questions

My washer won't drain. Can I fix it myself?

Sometimes. Front-loaders have a drain pump filter behind a small door at the bottom; a sock or coin in it is the most common cause and you can clear it. If that is clean and it still will not drain, the pump has failed or the control is not calling for it, and that is a service call.

Why is my front-load washer so loud on spin?

Worn drum bearings or a failed shock absorber. Shocks are a reasonable repair. Bearings on many front-loaders mean replacing the whole outer tub assembly, and the technician will say whether that makes sense on your machine before you commit.

Most repairs are completed in a single visit.
